Most residential properties under 3,000 sq ft are delivered within 24 hours. Larger properties are typically ready within 48 hours, and rush delivery may be available.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all five NYC boroughs, plus Jersey City and Hoboken. Travel fees may apply outside our core service area.
Do you provide floor plans?
Yes. Available packages include accurate 2D and 3D floor plans generated from Matterport scans, delivered in MLS-ready formats.
What if I need to reschedule?
Contact us at least 24 hours before your shoot to reschedule at no charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
